I'm trying to help a customer who is having some trouble with battery backup.
When trying to replicate the problem, I was unable to set P7-01 to 48v battery, but my customer is able to.

I noticed that that the parameter file he sent to me has a powerstage firmware later than mine, although I'm not 100% certain that this is the reason I can't set P7-01 to battery mode.

So I tried updating so I can make an apples-to-apples comparison, but there OTS won't let me select Automatic when trying to update. Since I don't have the actual firmware file, i'm kind of up a creek without a paddle.

Do you guys have an idea when firmware updates will be available through OTS?
